M Pharmaceutical, Inc. has entered an agreement to acquire the assets of Cincinnati-based R&D partnership 40J’s LLC and its related companies and technologies for approximately 80 million shares and $1.5 million in cash to be issued or paid during the next two years, together with certain milestone payments.
